The key to happy clients is that I always give service above myself and aim for the best possible outcome for my clients. This means that as part of my “Best Practice”, I have a responsibility to act with a duty of care that’s to say to give advice better than I would give to myself. In legal terms this is known as fiduciary trust.

One of my customers had no life insurance and decided to take my advice to have health insurance. This proved to be a good idea mainly because it gave him the ability
to jump the public health queue and allowed him to go straight to a private hospital, if he ever needed to.
Almost 18 months later he made a claim and went to a private hospital for surgery almost immediately.
